Apiam Animal Health seeks $40m equity, $100m float

Veterinary practice and products supplier Apiam Animal Health is seeking $40 million at $1 a share for an initial public offering through Shaw and Partners.
Shaw has started drumming up interest among institutional shareholders, introducing Apiam managing director and founder Dr Chris Richards to fund managers in a series of one-on-one meetings and lunches.
