Retail rental deal a test for PM

Prime Minister Scott Morrison is facing a test of his power to influence business judging from the drawn-out negotiations over how shopping centres and small retailers will share the financial pain caused by the coronavirus.
A deal was meant to be struck by Sunday night but Chanticleer understands last-minute negotiations were continuing on Monday ahead of an announcement by Morrison on Tuesday.
