TPG Telecom founder David Teoh hated every second of his day-and-a-half in the witness box of Court 6K in September last year.

The reclusive billionaire squirmed as he gave his evidence. He tried everything to dodge the media scrum. During breaks in the hearings, he took refuge in one of the many conference rooms that dot the Federal Court building in Melbourne.
