Big unknowns amid Boral's shareholder accountability

Movements on the board of directors are starting to look like a Machiavellian case study. Either way, chairman Kathryn Fagg has listened to shareholders and acted.

Boral chairman Kathryn Fagg cannot be accused of ignoring shareholders in the multinational building materials and construction group.

Within a week of being hit with a strident letter from activist shareholders Tanarra Capital and Perpetual Investments that attacks the company's governance, Fagg has moved quickly to address their concerns.
