Boral chair Kathryn Fagg to retire in 2021

Boral chair Kathryn Fagg has announced she will retire in 2021 after mounting criticism of her role in the US Headwaters debacle and the decision to appoint two Seven Group directors to the board.

Seven Group, which has acquired a 19.98 per cent stake in the building materials group, has withdrawn its nomination of Richard Richards to the Boral board.
