“What do they all talk about?” That was the question from UniSuper chief investment officer John Peace as he mulled how to make better boards and ruminated on how many directors are often found around the table.
“What about if we made them smaller, then not fishing in the same pool ... for an Australian-only company that has a dozen directors, what do they all talk about?” he asked the Financial Review Business Summit.
