Supply side insurance would soften the virus blow

A tax holiday is something big and immediate that would soften the coronavirus blow for employers and employees on both sides of the Pacific.

Is Australia’s unbroken run of growth over?

Peter Costello: It's funny when people talk about Australia's long unbroken run of 28 years without a recession. It’s just another way of saying we avoided two or three incidents that took other countries into recession.
