Mount Barker man flown to hospital after being stabbed in the head at Wallaroo
Police have arrested a West Richmond man over the vicious attack which resulted in another man sustaining serious head injuries.

A man has been flown to Adelaide after he was stabbed in the head at Wallaroo overnight.
Police were alerted to an altercation at about 1.45am Saturday on Owen Terrace at Wallaroo.
A 34-year-old Mount Barker man suffered a stab wound to the head and was taken to the local hospital before being flown to Adelaide for treatment.
The alleged offender, a 37-year-old West Richmond man, was located and arrested by police a short time later. He was charged with aggravated cause serious harm and he has been refused police bail.
It is believed this is not a random incident and the two men are known to each other.
Kadina CIB detectives are investigating.
