More than 126,000 SuperCoaches will have to replace boom cash cow Matthew Rowell this week.
His early injury last round against the Cats left everyone feeling flat — succumbing to a shoulder injury after 13 minutes in the opening term.
Sadly, he has been ruled out for up to three months and we’ll all have to replace him accordingly this week.
Finding an adequate replacement shouldn’t be too hard after Rowell’s price boomed by $263,400 — the biggest increase of any player in the league.

TRADE GUIDE: EVERY BIT OF KEY KFC SUPERCOACH INTEL FOR ROUND 6
Once again, if we use numbers to narrow our search, looking at stoppage numbers could be more than advantageous.
Specifically, if we look at pre-clearance contested possessions, it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that Lachie Neale leads the AFL in that measure with 44.
Patrick Cripps (42) is next best, while Taylor Adams (41) rounds out the top-three.
Neale and Cripps are popular KFC SuperCoach commodities, while Adams provides you with a more than handy POD.
But take note, Adam Treloar only returned last round so moving forward, Adams may not be the best choice.
Speaking of PODs, Luke Parker deserves recognition for his start to the season.
He ranks fifth in the AFL for points scored by midfielders and is one of only four players to exceed 100 points in every match.
He also ranks fourth in the AFL for pre-clearance contested possessions with 40.
North Melbourne’s Jy Simpkin has exceeded all expectations in 2020, and he surprisingly ranks sixth in the league for pre-clearance contested possessions with 38.

He has benefited more than anyone from Ben Cunnington’s back problems, with Simpkin rewarding his owners with 140, 119 and 97 points respectively in the past three rounds.
As always, money will dictate which way you go and if you’re looking for a player around Rowell’s current price of $470,700, then Elliot Yeo sticks out like a beacon.
Like many of his Eagles teammates, he has been well below his best in 2020 — but he reminded everyone of his scoring power last round after collecting a season-high 121 points against the Swans.
He finished with 21 disposals, five tackles and three score assists.
Yeo will be looking forward to West Coast’s pending return to Optus Stadium over the coming rounds — a venue he averaged 105 points at in 2019.
ROOKIE PROBLEMS
There are several cash cows that have plateaued in price and we need to move them on ASAP!
Tyler Brown and Connor Budarick both have a BE of 61 points, while Brandon Starcevich’s has crept up to 70.
The trio all scored under 40 last round and are set to drop in price after their next match.
Thankfully, Curtis Taylor and Max King provided some respite – scoring season-highs of 100 and 86 points respectively.
Taylor (BE 0) and King (BE 12) still have a couple of price rises left in them.
Taylor is thriving in the Kangaroos’ forward-line, ranking second at the club for marks inside 50 with seven.
King also ranks second at the Saints in that measure with six marks inside 50.
Richmond’s injury crisis will hopefully result in Marlion Pickett’s return to the side.
With Dion Prestia out injured long-term, as well as skipper Trent Cotchin missing for a couple of weeks – the Tigers desperately need midfield reinforcements. Round 1 aside, Pickett hasn’t reached the heights we were all expecting him to – scoring 37 and 50 points before he was dropped. Currently the third-most selected player in the competition – a return for Pickett will be more than welcomed SuperCoaches.
Another Tiger, Jake Aarts is the go-to trade down target ahead of Round 6.
He replaced Shai Bolton in attack and looked lively on his AFL debut with 76 points.
Aarts finished with 15 disposals, eight contested possessions, two tackles and one score assist.
Essendon first-gamer Mitchell Hibberd didn’t have the greatest of games, largely to spending the entire match on a wing.
He won just 10 disposals and failed to record a tackle, a part of his game he was renowned for at VFL level last season.
With Zach Merrett set to return from suspension this week, hopefully Hibberd keeps his place in the side.
The Swans have already provided us with a couple of handy debutants ahead of Round 6, with gun junior Dylan Stephens making his debut this week against the Tigers. He’ll be joined by teammate Chad Warner.
