Reset 2020 Event organiser Jon Stevens and headliner Daryl Braithwaite to miss much-anticipated concert
THE headliners for Darwin’s Reset 2020 concert, the first live music festival since the coronavirus pandemic gripped the nation — and the globe — will miss the event due to border restrictions trapping them in Victoria

RESET 2020 event creator Jon Stevens and headliner Daryl Braithwaite will miss the concert next month, with border restrictions keeping them trapped in Victoria.
Event organiser Russell Temple said both artists were stuck in Victoria and would not make the event, which would be australia’s first since the coronavirus pandemic.

“Unfortunately the driving force behind RESET 2020, Jon Stevens, and the currently chart topping Daryl Braithwaite will be unable to perform at this event due to the COVID-19 restrictions in their home state of Victoria,” he said.
“This event will not be cancelled or postponed.”
The festival will still be held on Saturday September 19 at the Darwin Ski Club while a revised festival line up will be announced on Thursday August 27 at 8am.
“Thank You for your support over the past few months, particularly those of you that retained your tickets,” Mr Stevens said.
“We were close to RESET 2020 being a Sold Out event and while we are all disappointed that Jon and Daryl will not be performing on September 19th at the Darwin Ski Club we can assure you our revised line-up will impress.”

Both Stevens and Braithwaite are still eager to perform in the Top End as soon as possible with Darwin Events to maintain contact with their management.
All ticket holders will be sent an email giving them the options they have including a full refund option.
