Hospitality NT chief executive Alex Bruce said the Territori-tini had been a stand out and put not just the taste of mango but many Territory flavours into a delicious drink.
“Territori-tini is a fantastic drink that showcases not only our great local mangoes and bartender talent but by also including a salty plum it really does the Top End proud,” he said.
Mr Bruce said putting the spotlight on Territory inspired drinks and dishes would help locals embrace local flavours and support the local market.
“Once again Top Enders turned out in support of our great local venues and enjoyed some
fantastic mango inspired cocktails along the way,” he said.
“It has never been more important to choose local and it is only right that our iconic local
mangoes take centre stage as we hunt for Darwin’s favourite drink.”
