TERRITORIANS are being encouraged to sip and slurp their way through a new competition in search of the Top End’s most mangonificent drink.

TERRITORIANS will be able to sip and slurp their way through a new competition in search of the Top End’s most mangonificent drink.

The Darwin Mango Cup, created by the NT Government and Hospitality NT, showcases 35 mango-inspired drinks at venues across the city.

The Loading Bay is serving up the Spicy Mango Margarita mixed by beloved flair bartender Jun Young.

Owner Sam Lee said it was one of the venue’s most popular cocktails.

Hospitality NT chief executive Alex Bruce encouraged people to taste the best mango concoctions local businesses had to offer.

“This is a great opportunity for us to celebrate our local bartenders’ talent, as well as showcase local produce at local venues,” he said.
