A woman is in hospital and her attacker remains at large after a CBD stabbing overnight – the third serious stabbing incident in Adelaide in recent days.
Police were called to the Adelaide Railway Station about 4am Sunday where they found a woman with stab wounds to the thigh.
The Far North woman, 28, was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital and treated for a minor leg injuries.
The suspect is known to the victim and was last seen running down a lane between the station and Parliament House where police recovered the knife allegedly used in the assault.
No suspect has been arrested.
Earlier on Saturday, a man was allegedly stabbed in a terrifying home invasion at Elizabeth Vale.
Crews were called to an address on Pasteur St after reports of a break-in, where the occupant was allegedly stabbed in the stomach after confronting the intruder.
The victim was rushed to hospital in a serious condition while the intruder remains on the run.
It comes after the arrest of a man after another alleged stabbing at Ingle Farm on Thursday evening.
Witnesses flagged down police on Montague Rd near the Ingle Farm Shopping Centre after finding mother-of-one Jade Ross with multiple stab wounds about 10.30pm.
Ms Ross, 35, was rushed to hospital in a serious condition and her alleged attacker, an Elizabeth Downs man, 51, was arrested on Friday evening.
He was refused bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
