South Australian shoppers can take advantage of up to 75 per cent off their favourite brands over the opening weekend of Parafield Airport’s hotly anticipated $50m District Outlet Centre (DOC).
Thousands of people are expected to flock to the undercover discount department centre on Saturday, July 1, to browse discounts across more than 50 retailers including Rip Curl, Strand, Timberland, Sketchers and Cotton On Mega.
While most stores have a minimum discount of 30 per cent written into their lease with the centre, many are offering additional incentives for savvy shoppers to celebrate the grand opening, with selected items advertised at 75 per cent off.
“There will be plenty of bargains to find with most of our stores offering additional discounts and giveaways,” said centre manager Melinda Fremlin.
“The excitement in the lead up to this weekend has been electric and we’re expecting thousands of people to walk through the doors on opening day.”
DOC comprises 150,000sq m of retail space, along with a food course and close to 600 car parks.
