With the highly-anticipated opening of Adelaide’s new discount outlet centre just weeks away, see the full list of big-name brands you’ll find there – food court included!

Parafield Airport’s much-anticipated $50m District Outlet Centre (DOC) is fully leased ahead of its grand opening next month.

The last remaining tenancy at the centre, which is set to launch on July 1, has been secured up by US clothing brand Volcom.

More than 50 big-name retailers will be on offer for shoppers at the centre across a total of 15,000sq m of retail space, along with a food court and close to 600 car parks.

Volcom joins Strandbags, Cotton On Mega, Supre, Ally Fashion and You + All as other retailers to open stores at DOC, which has previously announced dozens of other tenants including Puma, Timberland, Sketchers and Kathmandu.

Other brands set to open in the centre include Rip Curl, Hype DC, New Balance, Fila, Rivers, Catalog and Novo.

DOC is described as Adelaide’s only undercover discount outlet centre, providing a similar offering to Harbour Town at West Beach.

Devwest Group Executive Director Damon Ferguson, who’s overseeing the project, said the countdown is on to opening day.

“There’s a real air of anticipation inside District with the retailers finalising their fit outs and stocking their shelves ready to welcome the thousands of shoppers we’re expecting to come down on opening day,” he said.

District’s new Centre Manager, Melinda Fremlin, said there will be exclusive discounts and giveaways on opening weekend in a fortnight.
