A new brewery and American BBQ venue is opening its doors in Mount Gambier’s CBD next month.
Mount Gambier Brewery, located on Caldwell Street next to the Forty Winks rear entrance, will open its doors for the first time on September 5 – offering a large variety of craft beers on tap, wine and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a mouth-watering American BBQ food options including slow-cooked brisket, beef or pork ribs, pork belly, fried chicken, sausages, hamburgers, pizzas, sides, salads and more.
The business will begin accepting phone booking on September 2 and will be open to takeaway food orders and dining in on its opening day.
At this stage, the brewery will be open four days a week, Thursday through to Sunday; opening from 3pm-9pm Thursdays, 12pm-10pm Fridays and Saturdays, and from 12pm to 8:00pm on Sundays.
The business launched its Facebook page earlier this year, last week sharing pictures of its decked-out interior and some of its enticing-looking menu items.
Original concept plans for the new brewery were shared last year and featured designs that reflected a country-modern aesthetic.
