At craft brewery Bowden Brewing, within the sprawling Plant 3 precinct, a humble Mexican street food diner called Masa ticks all the boxes.
“We wanted our food offering at Bowden Brewing to match the quality of our beers,” says Bowden Brewing co-owner, Josh Talbot.
“Masa is named after the handmade dough, milled from corn and used to make the tortillas for our signature tacos.”
