Kayla Itsines’ baby is here after a beautiful birthing coincidence

Adelaide fitness queen Kayla Itsines has shared the adorable moment her three-year-old daughter met her new baby boy.

Adelaide fitness mogul Kayla Itsines and her fiance Jae Woodroffe have welcomed their first child together, a healthy baby boy.

Sharing the joyous news to Instagram, Itsines introduced her 15.3m followers to the bub, named Jax Stokes Woodroffe.

“Words absolutely cannot describe this feeling. We are SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW,” Itsines wrote, adding: “We went into hospital around 6.30am on the 5th of January. He was out in the world by 8.45am weighing 3.5kgs (7.72 pounds).”

Itsines also shared the adorable moment her three-year-old daughter, Arna, from her relationship with ex-fiance Tobi Pearce, met her latest baby boy with current fiance to Instagram in a gorgeous video.

“I’m loving my baby,” Arna said while holding baby Jax.

The new big sister gave her baby brother Eskimo kisses and held him sweetly.

Itsines also shared a beautiful birthing experience: “The most amazing thing, as he was coming out, out of nowhere on a completely random playlist the hospital was playing, Jae’s dads (sic) funeral song started playing over the speakers.” She continued: “I heard Jae say at the time “It’s a boy!!!!!”. I burst into tears, he burst into tears and we got to meet out baby BOY.”

Itsines and Woodroffe announced the pregnancy in July last year, just weeks after revealing their engagement.

The pair went public with their relationship in January, when Itsines, 31, posted a photo of her “best friend” Woodroffe to Instagram.

The multimillion-dollar co-founder of Sweat fitness app, Itsines shares her first child, three-year-old Arna with ex-fiance and business partner Tobi Pearce.

“Arna cannot wait to be a big sister and @jaewoodroffe and I could not be more happy right now!!!!! SO much to celebrate & be grateful for!” she wrote in her pregnancy announcement at the time.

Car enthusiast Woodroffe is involved with SA Living Solutions, a not-for-profit organisation which provides accommodation for people in need.

Itsines showed off her baby bump at sister Leah’s intimate wedding reception in December last year.

Pearce and Itsines, both personal trainers, shot to fame after forming the Bikini Body Guide fitness program in 2015.

But for some young women who were there from the start, Itsines’ successful ‘Bikini Body Guide’ came with a physical – and mental – cost.

Itsines, whose personal wealth is listed at $164m, and Pearce sold their fitness empire Sweat to US software giant iFIT Health & Fitness in 2021.
