Do you need any Modess? That is all Mum had to ask for teenage me to have a major meltdown in aisle five.

It is everything you ever wanted to know about periods (but were afraid to ask) and more.
Mattiazzo, who is a teacher, has done her homework and her one-woman show celebrating “Beautiful Bloody Bleeders” and “Period Pride” is both informative and entertaining.
The ins and outs of tampons and every other period product are examined, along with period pain, poverty and sex.
Mattiazzo is a superb singer and performer, giving new meaning to the Britney Spears ballad I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman.
This show is rated M, but parents of young teens would be wise to make it a family outing because it’s the best period education out there — and bloody awesome, full stop.
