Dropped In It provides a unique experience for audiences to be encapsulated and intimate with the show’s performers.
It’s ridiculous, but hilarious! Its premise is simple: one actor is deliberately late, entering halfway through the show.
The audience is positioned to help the remaining actors with the narrative they will be improvising.
The show must go on and it’s up to the late actor to catch up.
Dropped In It started shaky, but soon turned to gold. The actors are talented. They exhibit attention to detail and separate each character impeccably with little to no props.
Their performance is quick witted and showcases dialogue that is incredibly improvised. Audiences will be immersed in vivid imagery and unusually fun a cappella.
It’s cheesy, it’s clever, it’s a whole lot of fun and it’s one of the better Fringe shows this year.
