Ray White: Glenside at Jingellic sold at auction

A farm in Jingellic has sold for almost $3 million. It comes as another nearby property recently saw four buyers battle it out – and its new owner isn’t a local.

A grazing farm at Jingellic in the Upper Murray has sold for $2.91 million under the hammer.

The 514ha property, Glenside, sold last week by the Davis family.

Located at 400 Horse Creek Road, the property features three main grazing valleys, two seasonal creeks and steel cattle yards.

Glenside was marketed by Ray White Rural.

It comes as a grazing farm at Ournie, near Jingellic, recently sold under the hammer for $5 million.

The 617ha property, Mauna Loa, was snapped up by a family out of the area.

The auction attracted four bidders and was attended by about 30 people.

Mauna Loa property was also sold by Ray White Rural.
