The rural property market’s spring selling season is upon us and farms across Victoria and NSW are set to go under the hammer, with some already making strong money.
The Weekly Times’ auction list, compiled using information supplied by leading real estate agents, details which farms will be sold at auction in September and October.
The Simpson Family Company Aggregation at Deniliquin kicked off the spring selling season, going to auction on September 1.
The 969ha mixed farming aggregation was sold in two lots – with lot one priced at about $2.6 million and selling for $3.05 million and lot two priced at about $2.4 million but eventually going for $2.7 million.
