Euglo sells to livestock agents and farmers
A pair of livestock agents and a farming couple have paid more than $16m for a stand out property in central NSW. It comes as a farm near Mildura hit the market for $20m.
A farm in central NSW has been snapped up by a pair of livestock agents and a farming couple for more than $16 million.
The 4155ha property, Euglo at Condobolin, was secured for $16,223,410 by Wagga Wagga livestock agents James Tierney and Tim Drum on conjunction with Junee farmers Robert and Alison Hart, it has been reported.
Mr Tierney and Mr Drum are directors of the Wagga Wagga based Riverina Livestock Agents.
Euglo was sold via expressions of interest and marketed by Miller and James.
About 3000 composite ewes had been run on the property and wheat, canola and barley is also grown.
It also features a four bedroom homestead.
Meanwhile, Murray River Organics has listed a portfolio of properties at Merbein and Nangiloc, near Mildura, for sale with an asking price of more than $20 million.
The portfolio of six properties, plus dryland cropping country, feature highly developed intensive dried vine fruit.
The sale includes the opportunity for an offtake agreement.
This properties are being sold by Danny Thomas from LAWD and expressions of interest will close on September 2.
