Russell Crowe has been spotted on holidays with his girlfriend and the photos reveal the reality of their getaway.

Russell Crowe has been spotted enjoying a luxury holiday with his girlfriend, Britney Theriot.

The two were snapped on a gorgeous yacht in Italy, enjoying the sun and seeing the sights. Yes, everyone is in Europe right now; everyone from Crowe to Nadia Bartel is on vacation.

Theriot, 32, was spotted in a red bikini enjoying the water and appearing to be living her absolute best life.

Meanwhile, Crowe, 59, was taking a different approach to the holiday and was snapped sitting in a chair, smoking and keeping his shirt firmly on.

The two first sparked romance rumours in 2020. Theriot is an actor turned real estate agent, and the two run in similar circles.

Crowe is known for being incredibly private, but the pair have been snapped at a few public events together now, including the Australian Open.

The two have become such a high-profile couple that Crowe’s even had to get on the blower to deny rumours the two are married.

In November 2022, there were whispers the two may have tied the knot while on holiday in Rome.

Thankfully Erin Molan was around to clear things up. She was co-hosting the 2Day FM breakfast show with comic Dave Hughes, who thought Rusty was off the market again.

Molan flung Crowe a text to get to the bottom of the rumours.

“Yeah, good guess. We are not married,” he wrote back.

Before Crowe’s romance with Theriot, he was married to Danielle Spencer for almost two decades. The two officially called it quits in 2018 and share two sons: Charles and Tennyson.

Their divorce was incredibly high profile, and Crowe didn’t help matters by infamously auctioning off over 227 personal items with Sotheby’s Australia in 2018.

It was salaciously called ‘The Art of Divorce’ and featured Crowe’s prized guitars, movie memorabilia and even fine art.

Crowe claimed that his divorce had made him “examine the things that are essential in life and the things that are not”.

Sadly the Dr Martin boots he wore in Romper Stomper were deemed not essential and were sold for $10,000.

Interestingly, while a lavish auction might suggest the divorce wasn’t amicable, Crowe and Spencer have managed to stay friends.

Spencer posted a loving birthday tribute to Crowe on Instagram in May this year to celebrate her former husband.

“Twenty years ago today, I married the father of my boys. While it is no longer our anniversary, it is still that guy’s birthday. Happy Birthday!” she wrote.
