Kyvalley extends agreement with A2 Milk over supply
Kyvalley has been a foundation supplier to the A2 Milk Company since 2003, with a new deal just locked in building on the 17-year link.
KYVALLEY Dairy Group has extended its long-standing supply and processing arrangement with the A2 Milk Company.
The new deal will include a long-term supply agreement for the sourcing, processing and packing of A2 products and a sale and leaseback arrangement from Kyvalley to A2.
As part of the deal, A2 will fund the expansion and upgrade of the Kyabram processing facility that will be managed by Kyvalley Dairy.
Kyvalley Dairy chief executive Michelle Sonnenschein said the deal would provide security for both its employees and suppliers.
Kyvalley has been a foundation supplier to the A2 Milk Company since 2003, supplying
approximately 55 per cent of the brand’s raw milk and packing 100 per cent of a2 milk products sold in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
