There are tomato sauce-free pizze bianche, with toppings such as gorgonzola, porcini and prosciutto or thinly sliced potato with Italian sausage and rosemary. A chalkboard list bans ham and pineapple and half-and-half, and promises an Italian-certified pizza maker. There's a small selection of pastas, starters such as pizza crust bruschetta and the devilish Nutella-stuffed calzone scattered with slivered almonds. It can get noisy on weekends, true to vibrant Italian form.
