Sitting proud on Barrenjoey Road, this stylish pizzeria has it all; slick fit-out, savvy service, a tight display of tempting gelato and a pizza oven built into the back wall. Bases are the key, perfectly blistered, fresh from the oven, thin and chewy. Toppings are flavour-heavy combinations of prosciutto, caramelised pear, gorgonzola and sweet fig vincotto, or fior di latte mozzarella, ham and artichoke. Outside the pizza menu, budgets are a little stretched, but gems include chilli mussels in tomato and white wine, or buffalo mozzarella and tomato caprese salad. But pizza is king here.
