Like a lot of the kebab shops in Auburn, New Star is a smoky, charcoal grilled meat-scented stop-off. Stop in for an iskender plate, a mix of shaved lamb, Turkish bread pieces, yoghurt, tomato sauce, parsley and a drizzle of paprika brown butter.
