Much has been written of MSB's chickpea yoghurt bake, and the dish is still a wondrous mystery of texture and flavour. But there are more delights to discover, and opting for the banquet will deliver a bounty. The menu is recited briskly by staff, before a rollcall of colourful dishes arrives. Among them may be tiny cubes of haloumi in pomegranate molasses, silky eggplant dip and tahini, and vegetables collapsing into spicy, soupy cous cous. Mint tea is the drink of choice, or try the sweet, scented coffee served with Turkish-delight-stuffed doughnuts. Get in early to grab a table - they go fast.
