AN ADDICT who sold drugs and sex to feed her habit has pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking in the Supreme Court in Burnie.
Rebecca Dyett, 52, of Somerset, will be assessed for a court mandated drug diversion order before she is sentenced.
The court heard Dyett’s offending took place in Barker St, Ulverstone in 2017.
She has been addicted to opiates and heroin for 30 years, the court was told, and dealt in speed, ice, cannabis and heroin from her house.
Police raided the property in October, 2017 and found a variety of illicit drugs, cash, scales and snap-lock bags in Dyett’s bedroom and a safe.

The court heard Dyett’s daily ice and heroin usage cost her about $2000 a week and she conducted sex work and sold drugs to others to fund that addiction.
Dyett will be sentenced once a report is given to the court outlining her suitability for the drug diversion program.
