A 20-year-old woman charged with multiple child sex offences has had her case adjourned in Toowoomba Magistrates Court.
The woman, who cannot be named unless committed to trial on the charges, was not required to be in court on Monday when her matters were mentioned.
She has not as yet been called upon to enter any pleas to the charges which include three counts of unlawful carnal knowledge with or of children under 16 and four counts of indecent treatment of children under 16.
No details of the police allegations have as yet been aired in court and the accused woman remains on bail.
Her solicitor Brad Skuse, of Skuse Graham Lawyers, told the court he had yet to receive the police brief of evidence.
Magistrate Louise Shephard directed that the police brief of evidence be disclosed by September 18 or the arresting officer IS to provide the court with an affidavit on that date explaining the delay.
Ms Shephard enlarged the accused woman’s bail and adjourned the case for mention back in the same court on September 20.
