Motorist dies after crash on Inglewood-Stanthorpe Road at Coolmunda

Emergency Services responded to a serious traffic crash southwest of Warwick.

A motorist has died after suffering critical injuries in a single-vehicle crash at Coolmunda, about 95km southwest of Warwick.

The initial reports are that one vehicle clipped a second vehicle and rolled several times shortly before 12pm on Monday.

Multiple emergency services units were called to the scene on Inglewood-Stanthorpe Road.

It is understood the person in the vehicle that rolled has suffered critical injuries while all occupants of the second vehicle are uninjured.

Police closed Inglewood-Stanthorpe Road in both directions and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
