A court has heard new details on the alleged murder case of Thor Morgan who was gunned down in the streets of Toowoomba.

A Toowoomba magistrate received an update on the progress of the high-profile murder case of Thor Morgan, who was gunned down while driving on Ruthven Street.
Three people were charged in relation to the alleged murder; Lachlan Mark Freund, 24, Isobel Rose Higgins, 24, and Tina Kathleen Hazard, 36.
Ms Hazard, who was charged with murder, unlawful possession of a gun, and stealing a car, had her case mentioned at the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 2.
Appearing on behalf of Hans Legal, town agent Claire Graham asked Magistrate Louise Shephard to adjourn the case for another six weeks.
Mrs Graham said Ms Hazard’s legal team received more documents from police which needed to be examined, however the team was still waiting on a number of discs.
Magistrate Shephard set the case aside to next be mentioned on March 16.
The co-accused, Ms Higgins was charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder, and her boyfriend Mr Freund was charged with murder, arson, and the unlawful use of a car.
Mrs Hazard and Mr Freund remain in custody, however Ms Higgins is on bail.
