Accused corpse tamperer posted video tribute day before arrest

Kelly-Ann May Sinclair, the woman accused of dumping the body of Blake Riley at the Preston lookout, posted a touching video tribute of their time together … the day before her arrest.

A video tribute posted to social media on Monday shows Kelly-Ann May Sinclair and Blake Riley sporting matching outfits, snapping selfies and flipping the bird as they enjoyed their time together.

Sinclair posted the video to social media about a day before Gatton detectives charged her with one count of interfering with a corpse.

Police will allege Sinclair transported the deceased body of Mr Riley from an address in Toowoomba to a lookout at Preston, on January 7.

They will further allege that Mr Riley died sometime between January 5-6.

Police have ruled Mr Riley’s death as non-suspicious, after an extensive investigation to uncover how his body ended up at the lookout, where it was found by a pair of tourists.

Sinclair was held in police custody overnight to face the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Along with the charge of interfering with a corpse, Sinclair must answer to 13 charges of supplying a dangerous drug and five of disqualified driving.

The 36-year-old was not required to enter any pleas to the charges and no details of the police case were aired in court.

Her lawyer did not apply for bail.
