FLASHBACK GALLERY: Gatton takes out 2013 Toowoomba Rugby League grand final

With the Gatton Hawks A-grade men’s side taking home their first premiership since 2013, take a look back at the last time they claimed the premiership in our TRL gallery here.

The Gatton Hawks soared above the Valleys Roosters to claim victory in one of the all-time great Toowoomba Rugby League A-grade grand finals on Saturday night.

With the club taking out their first men’s A-grade premiership since 2013, we have gone through the archives to the last time they claimed the title - also against Valleys.

Much like their 2024 counterparts, the Hawks of 2013 faced an early deficit as the Roosters started the stronger of the two sides and led 14-0 at the break.

However, Gatton remained unfazed and produced a stunning second half to claim a 32-20 win.
