Colliers Toowoomba is handling the sale of the four-bedroom property on St Ives Court in Mount Lofty, which sits on nearly 1900sq m overlooking the Lockyer Valley.

The award-winning home comes with three bathrooms, multiple living areas, an enclosed entertaining deck and eight parking spaces.

Lead agent and Colliers residential director Dominic Ryan said the current owners had made several renovations to the property since purchasing it, including a new showroom garage for luxury vehicles.

“They’re relocating to the Sunshine Coast, it was built originally as an in-between home, so they’d bought it for it to be a five-year stint,” he said.

“They added that showroom garage, and they’ve added an office and enclosed the balcony to do all-year round entertainment.

“The views are up there with the best, because it is a clear viewing to the valley, you’re not overlooking rooftops.

“It’s like sitting up in the clouds.”

Mr Ryan said interest had been strong, believing it would easily clear the previous selling price.

“It’s had strong early interest, and it’s coming from (people originally exploring) that building avenue and have realised the numbers stack up to buy something existing,” he said.

“They’re probably your traditional buyers, so there’s interest from (people living in) southwest Queensland, people coming in off properties, but also medicos and executives.

“Having eight-car storage in Mount Lofty is certainly something that doesn’t get offered often.”

The expressions of interest period ends on June 12.
