Paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service responded to a single-vehicle crash on Friday at 9.46pm.
The incident occurred on Pates Road, in the rural town of Booie, north of Kingaroy.
One infant male patient was transported to Kingaroy Hospital for observation, along with one adult female.
Both patients were transported in a stable condition.
