It was a busy start to the weekend for emergency services after crews were called to several late night and early morning incidents.

Paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service responded to a single-vehicle rollover southwest of St George.

The incident occurred on Saturday at 6.31am on Cubbie Road in Dirranbandi.

Two teenage patients were assessed at the scene and required transportation to Dirranbandi Hospital.

A QAS spokeswoman said one of the patients received treatment for a knee injury, while the other sustained serious head and back injuries.

Both patients were later flown to Toowoomba Hospital by the Royal Flying Doctor Service and were in stable conditions.

The ages and genders of both patients was not recorded, but it is believed they are in their late teens.

One female patient, whose age is not known, was transported to Warwick Hospital late Friday evening, following a single-vehicle crash.

She experienced chest pain and was transported to hospital in a stable condition.

The incident occurred at 11.40pm on Leyburn Cunningham Road, Leyburn.

One man aged in his 30s sustained a snake bite at a private residence in Taromeo on Friday night at 8.06pm.

The male patient was treated for an arm bite and was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
