Traffic disrupted after a two cars collide on Taylor St

Three people are being assessed by paramedics after a two-car crash that has delayed traffic in a Toowoomba suburb. Here’s what we know.

Three people are being assessed by paramedics after two cars collided on a busy intersection in west Toowoomba.

Emergency services were called to Taylor and McDougall streets in Wilsonton after two vehicles crashed at the busy intersection about 3pm on Monday.

One fire crew attended the scene, and everyone was accounted for, a Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said.

Paramedics said they were treating three people at the scene.

One person was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition, the other two people declined transport, a Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said.

Traffic delays are expected.
