Toowoomba crash: Pittsworth Felton Rd car into tree

A man and woman are being rescued by paramedics after their vehicle slammed into a tree just outside Toowoomba. Details here.

A rescue helicopter is en route to help rescue a man and a woman after their vehicle slammed into a tree.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman confirmed paramedics were called to a single vehicle crash at Pittsworth Felton Rd at 12.57pm on Sunday where they located the vehicle and two passengers.

A man in his 50s has sustained chest, abdominal and head injuries.

A woman of an unknown age is still inside the vehicle.
