A Toowoomba man is in custody over allegations he trafficked and supplied drugs, including ecstasy and cocaine.

Bobby Mike Ruijter, 33, is facing more than 30 charges related to drugs that include trafficking, supplying and possessing dangerous drugs, and buying or possessing medicines or hazardous poisons.

Mr Ruijter remained in the watch house on the first mention of 26 charges on Monday.

The matters were adjourned to Tuesday, when Mr Ruijter appeared on additional charges relating to drugs.

He again remained in the watch house on Tuesday as his solicitor Tegan Crighton, of MacDonald Law, told the court he was not required to appear.

Ms Crighton said she would seek briefs of evidence on the indictable charges.

Magistrate Clare Kelly therefore ordered briefs relating to nine charges regarding cocaine and three charges regarding MDMA (ecstasy) be disclosed by the prosecution by October 31.

He has not as yet been required to enter any pleas to the charges and no particulars of the allegations were aired in court.

There was also no application for bail.

Ms Kelly remanded Mr Ruijter in custody and adjourned all 32 charges for mention back in the same court in later this year.
