It’s an easy thing to give people big lips and smooth skin as a cosmetic injector – Dr Eddie Roos knows that.

But that’s not what he and his team at Cosmetic Elegance Clinic want to do.

It’s all about finding a person’s natural beauty, and complimenting it.

It’s this mantra that has earned the team recognition from Toowoomba residents, who have praised their work during The Chronicle’s Best Of series.

Dr Roos was voted the best cosmetic injector by readers of The Chronicle.

But the real credit, Dr Roos said, actually goes to his staff.

Nurse Vicki Piets was also nominated in the competition.

“It’s a humbling experience,” he said.

“We try to do the best for every person that’s in front of us.

“No doubt there are other very good injectors out there.

“It’s good to know that people think like that.

“I couldn’t win an award like that if it wasn’t for my staff.”

The clinic offers a diverse range of services, specialising in not only cosmetic injections, but skin cancer treatments, laser tattoo removal, CoolSculpting, and laser hair removal.

The clinic combines cosmetic medicine and skin cancer medicine – something they say is a “first” on the Darling Downs.

Cosmetic Elegance Clinic has been operating for 15 years, and in that time Dr Roos and his team say they have helped build the confidence of countless men and women in Toowoomba.

“Our aim is always to do what is best for the person in front of us,” he said.

“We want to create a natural look that will compliment people and bring out the best in them.”

After 15 wonderful years, Dr Roos said there’s no slowing his team down.

“We’ve been around for along time,” he said.

“I say to people we’ve been around for a long time and we’re planning to be around for a long time.”
