Whether you’re celebrating February 14 with your significant other, a group of friends or alone, Valentine’s Day will be a lot sweeter in Toowoomba this year.
ParisiAnn Patisserie owner Annie White has launched a special treat box just in time for the celebration.
“We specialise in gluten-free treats, so we make sure it’s inclusive for everyone to treat their valentine,” Ms White said.
“The idea around it is that you enjoy dinner with whoever you want to spoil, and then you have dessert to enjoy at home.”
Filled with goodies from the patisserie, the box includes handmade musk macarons, chocolate brownie bites, mixed berry friands, chocolate cherry mousse and lemon curd tarts.
Teaming up with Geelong-based Martinez Cocktails, the treats box will also include cocktails for two people with fresh cherry garnishes.
“I felt really motivated to do something special for Valentine’s Day this year because of everything happening with Covid, and I think people needed a bit of cheer,” Ms White said.
“I joke with customers buying for one person to treat themselves, but drink responsibly because those cocktails pack a punch.”
The boxes are $70 and can feed up to two people.
Collections from the Mort Estate Shopping Village store on West St are available today and tomorrow between 9am and noon, or Monday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. To pre-order, email hello@parisiann.com.
