Crime wrap: Warwick businesses break and enter, car crashes and graffiti

It’s been a busy week for authorities across the region, with our first responders dealing with dealing with businesses and residents reporting theft and break and enters. Here’s what you’ve missed in the last seven days.
THEFT/BREAK-INS
• Police received a report that shortly after 11am on November 13, a number of items including a Bluetooth speaker and bags containing clothing were stolen from the front yard of a residence in Fairway Drive.
• Detectives from Warwick CIB have charged a 34-year-old Warwick man after a business in King St was allegedly broken into on November 12.
Numerous items including mobile phones, tablets, computers, boom boxes, speakers and a cattle prodder were allegedly stolen.
He will face Warwick Magistrates Court in December on five charges including break and enter, and fraud.
GRAFFITI
• Police are currently investigating after the latest graffiti and damage offences to public space amenities were reported.
The latest areas to be damaged were the Mile End Park public toilets and the lookout structure at Leslie Dam.
TRAFFIC MATTERS
• At about 7.45pm on November 13, a 48-year-old Warwick woman was issued with a notice to appear for three alleged offences after being located driving an allegedly unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on Grafton St.
Further checks revealed that she did not hold a driver’s licence.
• On Friday, a 16-year old Dalveen woman was tended to by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics and admitted to Stanthorpe Hospital after a single vehicle rollover traffic crash on Rangeview Rd, Dalveen. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
• A day later, A 34-year-old Warwick man was intercepted driving on Glen Rd at about 11.30pm. He was tested and allegedly found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.129. He will appear in Warwick Magistrates Court at a later date.
• On Sunday, a 26-year-old Longreach man was intercepted and subject to an RBT on Wallace St at about 8.45am. He allegedly returned a reading of 0.071 BAC and will appear in Warwick Magistrates Court.
PUBLIC NUISANCE
• On Wednesday, A 61-year-old Warwick woman was issued a public nuisance infringement notice after police were called to an alleged disturbance in Fitzroy St at about 7.30pm.
• A 25-year-old Warwick man was issued with an infringement notice after being located allegedly behaving in a disorderly manner in a licenced premises in Palmerin St at about 11.55pm on Friday night.
