A third person has been charged for the murder of Zdravko (Zed) Bilic who was stabbed to death out the front of his multimillion-dollar Sunshine Coast home he owned with his beauty mogul wife.

Police and emergency services were called to the Napalle Street address in Warana, on the Sunshine Coast, about 7.30pm on July 14 following reports a man had collapsed.

Mr Bilic’s wife, Gry Susann Tomte, a successful businesswoman, was not on the Sunshine Coast at the time of incident and called a neighbour to check on him when she became concerned.

This led to the resident checking on 57-year-old Mr Bilic, finding him dead in his front yard with wounds to his abdomen.

Mr Bilic owned the multimillion-dollar beachside home with his wife, skincare entrepreneur Gry Susann Tomte.

On Tuesday, almost a week after the alleged killing, an 18-year-old woman, from Logan, was charged after extensive police investigations.

The charge follows the arrest of a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy who were both charged with murder and multiple property offences.

Police alleged Mr Bilic was confronted by two teenage boys, aged 15 and 17, who had broken into the Napalle St property at about 11.30pm on July 13.

According to detectives, the boys stole the keys to Mr Bilic’s car and, during a confrontation, stabbed him twice in the abdomen.

It was only the next day on Monday night that a neighbour found Mr Bilic’s body lying on the front lawn.

His partner Ms Tomte is known as the founder of Melbourne-based skincare clinic HUD Skin and Body, with locations in St Kilda and Northcote.

On Tuesday, the 18-year-old woman was charged with murder alongside unauthorised use of a motor vehicle, enter dwelling with intent by break, enter dwelling and commit, attempted enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence, and attempted enter dwelling and commit.

She is due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
