Real estate giant extends its Sunshine Coast empire into the hinterland

A real estate giant has continued its spread across the Sunshine Coast in a self described “missing link” in the company’s market coverage.

Real estate giant Belle Property has opened its newest office in the cozy Sunshine Coast suburb of Buderim.

The new office is led by Tanya Mungomery, a Buderim local of 25 years with over 15 years of industry experience.

Ms Mungomery is also joined by Ebony McCulloch, who brings nearly a decade of experience in property management to the team.

One of the most sought-after residential areas in the hinterland, Ms Mungomery called Buderim the “missing link” in Belle’s Sunshine Coast property market coverage.

“We have offices in Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Noosa, Marcoola, and now Buderim,” she said.

“It just made sense to have the missing link to connect the southern coast right through to the northern coast.

Having recently joined the Belle Property team, Ms Mungomery said she was excited to bring clients from her earlier career and give them a “much better experience” within a “much larger network”.

“We’re proud to be locals first and foremost, and now with Belle Property behind us, we’re able to elevate the service and outcomes we deliver to our clients,” she said.

Ms Mungomery’s vision for the Buderim office “goes beyond transactions”, she said.

“It’s about enriching the area’s future while honouring its past.”
