A BEACHFRONT trophy home in arguably the most "premier” street in Sunrise Beach has hit the market, listed for a cool $9.95 million.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion at 1/56 David Low Way, is used as a holiday home by an interstate couple.
Tom Offermann Real Estate agent Milan Markanovic said the home had been rarely used due to do the couple's work commitments.
Mr Markanovic said since listing the house on Monday it's already generated a lot of "hype” in a short time.
"It's part of the Beaches Estate which is the premier location in the suburb,” Mr Markanovic said.
"There's only a few houses in Sunrise Beach where you can walk down to the water.

Mr Markanovic last sold the home in 2017 for $7.6m.
