THE house is a treat and its on 700sq m but the surprise attraction is the side access and the extra parking it could unlock.
At least that was the impression on a recent open for inspection.
There were good numbers looking through and the underlying theme was baby boomers, downsizers and grey nomads were taking keen interest.
Yet is would also make a good family home.
