THE winner of yourtown’s latest prize home draw will wake up to a dream and the life of a millionaire when they nab this Sunshine Coast home.
With sea views from the living areas, bedroom and kitchen, the Buderim prize home is the epitome of coastal living.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom contemporary home is styled around resort living with a pool and incredible views bringing the outdoors in.
It’s been designed across three levels to maximise ocean views from almost every room.
From its sleek kitchen with integrated appliances, to the use of glass to invite natural light and frame the views, the house has been designed to elicit the “wow” factor.

Prize homes fund most of the work yourtown does, and without the support of ticket buyers, yourtown would not be able to help the many vulnerable children and young people they work with every year.
Tickets are $15 and there are only 360,000 available.
Tickets are on sale until October 9 and will be drawn on October 11.
