AS MANY as five conditional buyers waited for the auction of 289 Arcoona Rd, Yandina Creek, to be over in the hope that offers could be presented.
Tony Holzberger of LJ Hooker Coolum Beach knew he would sell the house on 7997sqm. It was just a matter of who would be fortunate to secure it.
Offering an acreage lifestyle less than 10 minutes to Coolum Beach, the property was open for inspection as the auctioneer prepared to go through the process.
"A family walked in off the street, inspected and bought it," Tony recalled.
"They had been travelling overseas for a year and had just dropped their son off at soccer when they come through.
"Just like those conditional buyers, the property was ideal for them. Unlike the conditional buyers these people were auction ready and able to commit to the auction contract for $810,000."
